Who We Are

Lakeside Community Healthcare is a comprehensive healthcare provider with a network of physicians and services throughout the San Fernando, San Gabriel and Santa Clarita Valleys, as well as parts of Ventura and San Bernardino Counties. Our mission is to deliver quality, affordable healthcare to the communities we serve.

We bring more than 20 years of innovation in healthcare delivery and management systems to our integrated network of services, which includes more than 2,000 primary care physicians and specialists and ancillary services, such as an outpatient surgery center, urgent care centers and physical therapy.

Our healthcare system features two integrated medical groups: Lakeside Community Healthcare Medical Group and Lakeside Community Healthcare Network.

Lakeside Community Healthcare Medical Group employs physicians in a multi-specialty setting. The group consists of more than 130 board-certified physicians, who provide care in family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, dermatology, gastroenterology, urology, cardiology, obstetrics and gynecology, rheumatology, and endocrinology. In an effort to meet the needs of our patients, we continue grow by adding new specialties.

Lakeside Community Healthcare Network is an independent physician (practice) association (IPA). These physicians maintain their own private practices, yet have the benefit of working within a system to expedite referrals, claims and authorizations and utilize a comprehensive, integrated network of services and programs.
