Arthur Vatz, M.D., earned his medical degree at the University of Colorado, School of Medicine. He completed a residency in general surgery at Cedars of Lebanon Hospital in Los Angeles, California, and a three-year residency in urology at Wayne State University, School of Medicine in Detroit, Michigan.

Dr. Vatz has been practicing medicine specializing in urology since 1974. He is past Chief of Staff at Providence Holy Cross Medical Center and is still a member of their medical staff. He is also a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and is a member of the American Urological Association, the California Medical Association and the Los Angeles County Medical Association.
