Elena Kandel, M.D., received her medical degree from the University of California at Irvine, School of Medicine. She completed her dermatology residency at the University of Southern California, Los Angeles County Medical Center where she trained in clinical dermatology, dermatologic surgery and cosmetic dermatology.

She is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Medical Association and the California Society of Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery.

During her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and child.
