Kevin Wolcott, DPT, OCS, CSCS, is the director of the Rehabilitation for Lakeside Community Healthcare.
He is board certified: Doctor of Physical Therapy, Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and Strength & Conditioning Specialist.
Dr. Wolcott completed his bachelor's of science degree, in physiology, at the University of California at Santa Barbara in 2001. He received his doctorate of physical therapy from the University of Southern California in 2006, which was recently ranked #1 in the nation for physical therapy by the US News and World Report. Dr. Wolcott graduated from the APTA Credentialed Kaiser Permanente Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency in 2007, during which time he was the clinical director of an outpatient orthopedic private Practice, specializing in spinal disorders.
Dr. Wolcott is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association (Orthopedic Section), California American Physical Therapy Association and The National Strength and Conditioning Association. His recent research activities include impairment-based treatment for cervical radiculopathy. Dr. Wolcott joined First Physical and Sports Therapy, now known as Lakeside Community Healthcare Physical Therapy, in July 2008. He enjoys participating in local intramural athletics and spending time with his family and friends.
